Mr Faith Mupangani is the Designated Agent for NEC Cotton Industry. He is a seasoned labour relations practitioner with 13 years’ experience as a Labour Officer with the Ministry of Public Service, Labour and Social Welfare and has been appointed as an arbitrator since 2013. He joined NEC Cotton in June 2023. He is well known for his efficiency, professionalism and ability to resolve disputes. Faith is a holder of a Bachelor of Science Human Resource Management Honours Degree from Midlands State University and Certificate of Achievement in Basic Labour Market Course with ARLAC.
